My Name is Itzi Gonzales, and I am the Controller/ Loan Servicing Specialist for Advantage CDC. I started my work experience as a receptionist for a real estate company right after high school. Working as a receptionist taught me great customer service skills as well as how to multitask.  I worked my way up to a Transaction Coordinator and worked in that role for 5 years. Being a transaction coordinator helped me realize I really enjoyed the “paperwork”. When a deal would close, I would feel good knowing I was part of the process. I started as a Loan Servicing Specialist here with Advantage CDC and after 1 year I also became the company Controller. I love what I do, I can assist our clients and problem solve making their busy lives a little easier. As a controller I enjoy  planning, directing, and coordinating all accounting operational functions. As a full-time employee I like to get home and spend quality time with my daughters.
