Advantage CDC is an experienced SBA lender with a long history of successfully financing business expansion projects. The CDC was formed in January 1979 and has an active Board of Directors from government and private sector institutions, community organizations, and businesses, all of whom are committed to and supportive of the growth of small businesses in California. As a direct SBA lender in California, Advantage CDC also offers loan packaging and loan placement services throughout the country.
