Ajay has been in the SBA Lending for over 22 years with experience SBA 504, 7(a) and Micro Loan programs. He has been part of Wells Fargo team that ranked # 1 in the Los Angeles District in 2009. Serving as Program Manager at Golden State CDC, Ajay oversaw SBA 504 lending from initial conversations to underwriting and finally closing and funding. In 2014, he joined Coastal Business Finance CDC as Vice President Market Area Manager. He assisted in Development of Lender relationships in Southern California resulting in funding over $20 Million in SBA 504 loans. In his spare time Ajay enjoys actively running and biking and spending time with his family at the movies and traveling. With a passion for higher education, volunteered for University of Southern California as a panelist for their Certified Real Estate Development program. He also voluntarily worked on business curriculum enhancement for Moorpark Community Colleges’ School of Business.
